	Insert new subsections to read:                                               
		"(d)  A  person, including a group,                                          
association, partnership or corporation, who receives                         
a moose under (a) of this section after the effective                          
date of this subsection may not take wild game in                              
defense of the moose if the defense of the moose is                            
necessary because the fence constructed and                                    
maintained under (b) of this section does not                                  
exclude wild game.                                                             
                                                                               
		 (e)  The state is not responsible for damages                               
	caused to the moose by wild game."
